Hello All

I am in the process of applying for ILR. I am spouse of EU national, completing 5 years in UK. We are seperated and my spouse is on benefits and she is self employed with very low income. I am also supporting her monthly. We have 2 daughters.

We are providing following documents to prove her self employment status

1) Bank Statements showing HMRC payments for last 4 years since she was self employed
2) Payments for her business into the bank by clients over last 4 years, this should also prove her continuity in business or self trading
3) Her benefits details
4) Proof of her Private insurance for 1st year of 5 years

We don't have anything else as a proof of self sufficiency.

I have all my documents such as p45's, private health insurance

What are my chances of getting ILR and if the self sufficiency documents are enough ?

I know what you would like, but I am more concerned with what's permitted.

All the topic seems to relate to one thing which is PR and what is needed .

It is all similar in nature , save for the benefit matters .

Future threads bearing similar matters will be lock , I am afraid.

if the documents are enough to prove self sufficiency given that the eea national is on benefits ?
