Hi guys

May be I am posting in wrong section but i really need your help.
I gave marriage notice few months before in september 2014, but due to some reasons UKBA stopped my marriage, now I fulfil all reasons that UKBA mentioned and I am thinking to get married again.

I want to ask, as notice of marriage is valid for 1 year in UK, do I still need to give notice or no ???

Waiting for important replies guys
Thankxx

You'll need to give notice to marry again at a designated Registry Office, Bear in mind that the notification period can now be extended from 28 to 70 days by the Home Office while they make a decision.

You probably got married within the 12 month period :
Anyone who wants to get married in the UK has to give notice of their intention to marry before the date of the marriage. This is a legal requirement and in most circumstances can be done at the Register Office.

The notice must also state the venue where the marriage is to take place. It is therefore important, before the couple attend to give their notice of marriage, they have decided on the venue.

The notice is usually valid for 12 months. This means that you need to get married within 12 months of giving notice at the venue specified during your notice appointment.

Any change in venue once the notice has been given will require the couple to start again by giving notice for the new venue.
