PR (EEA4) do I need a visa to travel to EU countries?

Hi,

I received my PR today finally after waiting for 5 months, the PR has no mention of EEA/EU on it, so u am thinking I might have problem when I will visit EU countries which I previously visited without any problem as my EEA2 or residence card said family member of EU.

Do I need a visa now?

It is a grey area.
If you follow the law to the letter you need a visa.

By virtue of article 20 EU directive 38/2004, you can travel although some airline staff may deny to let boarding. See few examples as its confirmation:
