Hi guys, is there a minimum threshold for a worker to earn in order to be a 'qualified' person?

There is no minimum threshold for worker as long as the work is an effective and genuine activity. Usually 24 hours/£149 per week is considered as effective and genuine activity by the UK benefits authority.
