Are you breaking up?
Acquiring British Citizenship can be problematic, although I believe the transitional provision may apply such that you will continue to be treated under EU law.

Many thanks for your reply. We are still together but we always argue a lot for such a small reason. We are planning to move so anytime we can be separated.
What if she refuse to provide her documents ?

Well you can seek divorce and try and retain your own right if your relationship has ended.

But if she's refused to provide her documents or any supportive documents, so what makes difference, as she got EEA PR(EEA 3) and british passport. Do I need to show her treaty rights?

It may well be the case that she qualified for PR over 2 years before you are due for PR , and therefore what you proposed is not likely to work.

Have you sought legal advise on your position and will the divorce be mutually agreed?

Then you may proceed if the marriage has irretrievably broken down and you may be able to retain your right of residence.

You are based in Scotland , Wales , England or Northern Ireland ? As there are different policies in the different jurisdiction
