Dear members,
Iam a non-eu national holding long residence permit( Blue card) living with czech citizen since last year november and we had a 15 months baby(we are unmarried partners)..baby and girlfriend both are czech citizens. But before that I need to write this one as well ...I came to uk by student visa in 2012 but I couldn't enroll the Univeristy..But after few months I was working legally(by NI No.) more than 20 hours and in may 2013 we met and started our relationship..Finally the UKBA caught me in 2013 Nov and removed(by own ticket)....we would like to move to UK now with the son. So,I need to know if it is possible to apply visa to UK ? if yes which visa is eligible and what documents required...thank you

The last 24 months wherever it is/was. Sorry should have been clearer. Has to be living together with joint commitments etc.
