Hi All,

I have few questions if you help me on this.

MY friend completed 5 years of EEA marriage based, and applied for IRL, its refused due to work not working,

he applied for extension and now more 5 years extension granted. now he manage to resolve his all documents.

my question is .

1.Do he need to wait for 5 years to end or he can apply for IRL as his all documents complete?
2. Does he need to pass LIFE in the UK test?
3.Does he need to pass B1 English test.

Questions are not clear.

1) What is IRL?
If EEA-route settled statutus is achieved via PR not ILR

2) LITUK - for what purpose?
Are you talking about settled status or naturalisation?

3) B1 - for what purpose?
