One of my friend need bit of advice regarding her daughter visa.

Her husband is EEA national and moved to UK and he sponsored my friend as spouse from non EU country and my friend has five year residence card.

They have one two year old daughter which they want to apply UK visa so she can take her daughter to her home country and can bring back as well.

She is housewife and her husband recently (2 months) start working 16 hours/week and they are getting housing benefit and working tax credits.

He didn't work consecutive five year so cannot exercise treaty rights.

How she can apply for her daughter visa ?

It is maybe easier to apply for a EEA passport from the home country of the husband for the daughter of both.

That's not possible as he didn't register marriage there

Can they not apply here or do her husband has to work more hours ?

If his name is on the birth certificate as father that should be enough.
He should ask his embassy in the UK what to do.

Can he fill eea2 form and apply for residence permit in uk as he is working 24 hours per week and his wife also has 5 year reside permit

Sure he could apply for the daughter via the EEA2 form if a non EEA passport for the daughter is available.
I guess getting a EEA passport from the home country is faster.

Do he need to apply his own resident card first or he can only apply for daughter by sending his EU passport and non EEA wife resident card.
