Going England with EEA Family Permit

Hi there,
I'm a 19 years old indian citizen living in Italy since 2002. Right now I'm applying to get a visa for UK and as my dad has just acquired italian citizenship I've completed the EEA Family Permit online form but I have a few doubts.

1)If I go in England with an EEA Family Permit with my dad, WHAT CAN/CAN'T I DO? Can I study or work? As my dad is considered Italian and he can do that I think I can do it as well becuase I depend on him, but I'm not sure.

2) HOW LONG CAN I STAY? I know that the permit lasts 6 months but what if I want to stay more time? can I renew or extend the permission?

3)Can I STAY WITHOUT THE EEA NATIONAL? Is it possible for me to stay there for a while(e.g. a few weeks) without my dad who intend to come back in Italy before me?

Hope to hear from you guys soon. :D

2) You can apply for RC if you wish to continue to stay in UK

3) Your sponsor needs to be exercising treaty rights in UK as a qualified person (eg worker, jobseeker, student, self-sufficient, etc)
