I applied for EEA family permit and registered my appointment on tlscontact I did not find the eea family permit as much as choice for the type of visa and travel purpose .I my appointment this .the week visa list proposed by tlscontact is :

Family Visitor (> 6 months)
Family Visitor (<6 months)
Settlement
Visitor (> 6 months)
Visitor (<6 months)
Tier 1
Tier 2
Tier 4
Tier 5
what i should choose ???????????????

If I remember correctly, I had a similar issue and I just picked Family visitor up to 6 months.

I pointed it out at my appointment, and a girl who was taking my documents said as long as I had it all correct in my application form and supporting documents, it should be okay

Yes, I got my permit!

I think the profile you register with teleperformance is primarily for their use and not for the British embassy. Immigration officers look at your application form and supporting documents

Anyway if you still have time, try to contact the visa centre and ask more
