Retain Right of residence after divorce

Hello everyone,
Obie and all guru i will be very thankful to you.

Im non EEA came to UK april 2007 got married with EEA natinal on 2nd july 2011 got RC on Feb 2012 been living together since we married, she is working in UK as waitress since may 2014 till now before she was self employed (2010 to 2014) im working as a shop assistant in uk our relation is not going well now we decided for divorce after divorce can i apply for ROR if yes can i submit my 1 year cohabitation proof to HO which is most recent from(may 2014 to may 2015).it would be ok? thanks

were you not co habiting before this previous one year ? Were you co habiting when you got the RC ?

we lived together since the date of marriage but i think more strong cohabitation proof i got from may2014 to may 2015 do you think it would be ok?

[color=#BF0040] You should be Ok as mariage lasted more than 3 years. Good that she is working now,if she agree to give you payslip of her work from the start of divorce till decree absolute you will be ok[/color]

[color=#FF0040]ok to submit one year cohabitation, but be aware that if the HO have a slightest doubt you may be call for interview to prove that the relationship was genuine. therefore it is safer to send them few docs proving cohabitation for past year as well, by the way which kind of proof do you have and you consider not being strong enough??[/color]

thanks for ur reply well i have got few bank statements and bills from 2011 and 2012 two or three months and 2013 got my bank statements and my ex's tax return and lease papers 2014 and 2015 got everything lease,council tax tv license,bank statements for my self and my ex p60 for both of us utility bills.should i send all of them from 2011 to 2015 as much as i can send? please advise me thanks.
