I applied for eea unmarried application which is pending and recently i got married with same partner.

Is it possible to apply for right to work?

Do I need to make fresh application or i can send marriage certificate for my pending applocation??

Since your situation has change, you need to update the HO, send your marriage certificate and demand for COA with right to work.
