Pesidency card - confusing questions 5, 5.3 and Section 9

Hi there, I have started filling out the application form and became really confused with some of the questions. Can anyone please clarify if I have to complete the question from the qualifying period (5 calendar years) or the whole time I've been in the UK.
I have arrived in 2003 and left in 2010 but I haven't got any documents to provide. I have came back in Aug 2010 and have been registered and started work March 2011.
What I want to do is send my application in March 2016 which gives me a clean slate for the qualifying period. Do I now have only to provide them with information from before my qualifying period or is OK to provide just the 'clean info'?
Thank you very much

On what basis are you applying for ILR?

What is your current visa status?

It is too early to complete the form if you are only applying in March 2016. Depending on what route you are applying through, the forms vary and change quite often.

I am and EEA national and have been registered and working for almost 5 years. I want to know if I have to fill out the form from the first date I've arrived for 5.3?
Section 9 is asking for the activity from date of arrival not qualifying period.
The supporting documentations needed for the application are only for the past 5 years so I am confused whether I need to fill out 5.3 from 2010 or 2003 , same for Section 9/A.
Will section B/9.16 be taken into consideration if I worked without accession card during the accession period?
I can send my application before March 2016 if but not sure if it will make a difference or should I wait to have the 'clean slate' of 5 years?
Thanks

Ahhh, you have posted in the wrong forum. EU nationals don't 'apply for ILR', they 'attain PR' automatically after 5 years exercising treaty right. So I am not sure which form you are looking at or trying to complete.

I will move your thread to the correct forum (EEA Route Applications)
