Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well. this web site doing amazing work to get the visa information guidelines.

after getting all the support from this Forum guys I am able to came in UK in 7th Sep 2015. Now I am planning to apply for EEA2 RC application. I want to get some Help and information to fill my application and advice to fasten my visa process.

So I have some questions below:

1- How many minimum days an EEA national have to work to apply for EEA2 RC visa application for spouse ?
2- What are the main documents do I have get ready for EEA2 RC visa application ?
3- What are the suggestion or advice you will gave me to Faster my EEA2 RC visa application ?

Please any web link, document, or any thing that will help for EEA2 RC visa application please do advice me.

Did your wife just come to the UK with you ? If so she is allowed to look for work upto 3 months and during this 3 months you can apply for EEA FM , And hopefully she finds work within this 3 months so that she keeps following her treaty rights

thanks for your reply. yes she just came with me. ok if she get work today so after how many days I can apply for EEA FM Visa ? as this is not clear to me yet so please give some light on it.

There is no set number of days fasi you can apply today even . She can be without work for upto 3 months , After that the only requirement is that she has to work and continue working.

thanks very much for the reply. thats a really very good information for me which I do not know it before. any thing else you feel that would help for my application please do add here those information so it will be more easy for me to go further.

Get CSI (Comprehensive sickness insurance) before applying in your name and hers and submit it along with the application

how to get CSI i mean from where I can apply. as I do not know about it .

and I have one situation in front of me so may be your help will be more useful for further.

my wife's USA passport application is due in 4 Nov 2015. so thats why she needs to be in USA before Novermeber 2015 so she can apply for USA Passport, this process will take almost 4 months, according to EEA FM application she need to send her EU passport with my EEA FM application. I confuse how to sort it out this problem both are necessary things.

If she go to USA and my application for EEA FM with UK embassy I am still allowed to work while she is out of UK.

Pease enlighten on this issue.
