HI Mates,
Today i got a letter from the Tribunal that my appeal for ILR has been allowed just after one month of an appeal. It was a " paper hearing" so the judge made decision on the basis of documents and nobody had to go in the court.

I am happy, but stil a bit fear as HO may challenge it.
(Does anybody know how much time HO has to challenge it)

But, if HO dont challenge it, then
How much time HO can take to issue ILR on my passport, what is the procedure ? will it take months ?

Please let me know if anybody knows about it as i have urgent travel plans.

Thank you

HO can appeal to the decision but they don't state how long they have. If you have won your case i don't see the reason why HO should appeal to the decision unless it's a very complex case
Good Luck
