Dear Members,
An EEA national entered the UK, then seeked a job for 2 months without registering as a job seeker and then got a job and worked for 5 years.
Did the EEA national gained Permanent Residence 5 years from the date of entry to the UK or 5 years from the date they started working?
Many thanks

You gain PR once you have exercised treaty rights for 5 continuous years.
If you can demonstrate you were exercising treaty rights as a job-seeker (e.g. application/rejection letters, invitations to interview) for the first 2 months in the UK, then you can count this time.
