Hi,
Please, can anyone help? I'm an asylum seeker in the Uk. My application was refused in January 2015 and my appeal hearing will be coming up this month.
I came into the UK together with my wife in 2006 with a student visa and I was her dependant.
We had 3 children in the UK ages 9, 7, and 5years.
My immediate junior brother who stays in ireland have been helping us financially since 2010 when our visa ran out. He got his Irish passport in February 2015 and his is now working in London.
My Question
Can I apply for EEA Extended family residence visa?

Well you never lived in Ireland, so your application as Extended Family member may not be successful.
You position may not too bad, the 9 years Old may qualify to be registered soon, and their length of residence, may make a good Article 8 Claim.
