I need help

How long does it take to process eea fm ? Because we applied 14 September in abu Dhabi and stil waiting nothing processed yet . I emailed them like 20 times they keep just saying we have to wait . we dont know what should we do advice please

Thanks .but i have already checked and it says maximal 15days abu Dhabi.
And we are now waiting more than 15 days today is 45 days gone and stil nothing
