I have been talking to this guy that is trying to get asylum in Germany but we are really getting on with each other I'm going to visit him in Germany in the new year but I was wondering if he could come and life with me in the UK and can I marry him to thanks in advance

Are you a British national? Asylum and spouse visa are 2 different scenarios.
