Hello
I am a non Eu citizen and my Girlfriend is from Romania , we met in UK, I was on a visiting visa for the fifth time to Uk , i have 2 sisters married and live in UK for about 10 years , they are british now.
Me and my girlfriend we want to stay together in UK , she got a national insurance number , so we want to get married .
But my question is , can we get married in UK?and if not ,if we got married in her country, will i be able to come and live with her in UK ?
Thanks
Regards

If you want to marry in the UK you will have to give notice at a Home Office designated Registry Office. The Registrar is legally bound to notify the Home Office who can then extend the notice period from 28 to 70 days in order to interview you both before the wedding can take place. The Home Office will tell you that you are not permitted to marry on a visitor visa.
Better to marry in your fiancee's home country and apply for an EEA family permit. Is your fiancee working or studying in the UK?

Thank Casa for your reply
Yes , she does work in UK , and she is going to study in university in next September.
So how long EEA family permits takes ? And after we get married in her country , i apply immediately from there for an EEA from her country ?
Thank you so much for your help
