COA not received after a month

I sent in my application with necessary documents in September, I received a letter dated 20th of October saying I did not sign the biometrics page. The letter had my caseid number and reference number. I quickly sent the form back via recorded delivery and it got there the next day. It's over a month now and I haven't heard from them. I have tried to call the number I saw on the form but it is an automated service.
Please what do I do as I need to also get back to work.

Nothing much to be done, Home Office is a
law to itself.
Simply sit tight & response will come, all in good time.
