Wondering if anybody can help. If non Eu national is in detention for the purpose of removal is underway and
And meanwhile if he make EEA application - then -

A) does this stop or suspendel his removal and get released
B) if EEA application subsequently refused does he gets I country appeal right?

What is the proposed 'EEA application' & on what basis will it be made (as a non-EEA national)?

Zambrano application - carer of a adult British citizen. Applicant is a Bangladesh national.
