Hello,

i am looking for some advise. My partner is from UK we got 3 months old daughter together we are married. I am from Pakistan. i applied for visit visa and got refused, i applied for visit visa before my daughter was born.. The ECO advised on the refusal letter for my partner to visit me in pakistan. She is with me in pakistan just now. We are thinking to go for sukhbinder singh route or if i can accompany her to ireland. She got 3 other kids from two different fathers. My partner will be going with me to ireland.

1) Can i accompany her to ireland and get 90days visa?
2) What documents we need to show for accompany visa?
3) Can i just book the ticket and bored on the flight and go to ireland and request for entry visa at the port.

1) Accompany: Yes (but get visa first)

2) See INIS website:

3) No, you are unlikely to be permitted to board the plane at departure airport.
