Question re required documents for PR application

Hi all
I have a question re required docs for the PR application
They want min 2 docs a year, does it have to be 2 different docs, for example one bank statement, one council tax bill?
Or would 2 or more bank statements be sufficient? Reason for my question is we had a flooding 4 years ago and we lost paperwork dated before 2009/2010. I have bank statements for these years though. Online statements from gas, electricity etc. date only 2 yrs back

Also, can we submit copies, or does it have to be originals?

TIA

PR for EEA: employment question

I have another question.
I've been working and living in the UK for 15 yrs.
I will provide proof of employment and residence for the period 2009-2014, omitting the 2015 so I don't have to wait another 12 months to proceed to citizenship application once PR granted.
I have worked since 2007 for the same company. However in 2015 there were structural changes in the company, and a new sister company was founded . I got my p45 and was immediately re employed by the newly founded sister company.
Do I need to give the HO paperwork related to my current job? Do they need to know that I'm working ATM, if I don't include this last year in my 5 yr period for treaty rights?
Do they need to see the p45 from my last job if this employment ended after the 5 year period I need to proof re treaty rights as the p45 is from April 2015 ? Is it sufficient that my previous employer just confirms in writing that I was employed during 2009-2014?

Thank you

Regardless of what the form says, you only need to provide supporting evidence for the PR qualifying period.

About utility bills, did you try to contact the supplier to see what they can do?
I contacted British gas and they advised me to write them a letter requesting even the bills from previous address, and they will send them to me free of charge.
