EU/EC treaty Route for non-EEA parents(Few unique queries)

Hi Guys,
Good Afternoon..
First of all ,Sorry for yet another Query on EC treaty route /Freedom of movement for EU citizens, but I have few unique queries & let me summarise one by one.
1. I'm a recent British citizen by Naturalisation.
For Bringing Parents to Europe as part of EC treaty rights, may I know-
Which countries are favorite / preferred?
I have following countries in my mind
a) Republic Of Ireland,
b) the Netherlands,
c) Luxembourg
d) the Switzerland
e) Italy
f) Belgium
g) Spain/Portugal
I'm sure that- there may not 1 answer for above question, but try to provide some general picture.
2. My non-EEA parents have never visited me in UK.
I have occasionally send some money to them from my UK Bank account.
But one question - For Immediate parents (i.e. for immediate blood relation) do we need to some kind of monetary support proof ? if yes whether Funds transfered from my UK bank account (approx. £60-100/month) to them will be sufficient?
Does EU countries apply tougher checks around this area? If yes could you please give some example of what sort of monetary support requirements are in place by various countries (i.e. For example say (just hypothetical example)- Austria requires you to provide 1 year worth bank statment of both sender & receiver etc..
Lets list down as much info around this area as possible
3. * Can I start applying for parents Entry clearance visa to EU member country, while I'm still in UK?
If yes, which countries allows you to do so?
[I've read somewhere on this forum that - one member was in process of applying visa for his/her dependent even before leaving the UK]
And which are the Slowest in processing?
And which country's visa is easiest to get
3.1. Special status of Switzerland:
Does this has any affect on this EC freedom route.
i.e. Are there any consideration we might need to do, before choosing the Switzerland?
or Whether in fact Switzerland's in fact the best option.
4. Are there any group of similar minded people who has travelled to certain country?
5. One slightly specific question to pertaining to job opportunity to specific profession:
I work in IT as analyst. Could member from similar IT profession - try to advise here which European cities/countries are having good amount of job roles in this profession.
{ For benefit of other profession, if other experts could provide a line or two about popular location about their profession, that will be really helpful & kind}
Although this question currently might look trivial or irrelevant, but in case of BreXit while one is in EU member state, it could be a life saver, as you would be in a right place, having good job opportunities, should need to stay there permanently, if entry door closes due to much discussed Xit.
All of your kind guidance, experiences, even link to any existing threads & expert comments are highly welcomed.
Thanks a lot.
