RC pending and travelling abroad

HI GOOD EVENING I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ABOUT MY TRAVELING ABROAD WHILE MY APPLICATION FOR RC SUBMITTED AND I GOT COA THREE MONTHS BEFORE I REQUESTED FOR MY PASSPORT BACK WHICH I RECEIVED TODAY MY EEA FAMILY MEMBER VISA VALID UNTIL NOVEMBER 2017 .LETTER FROM UK BA WHICH I RECEIVED WITH MY PASSPORT THEY MENTION I SHOULD APPLY EEA FAMILY MEMBER PERMIT BEFORE RETURNING BACK TO UK WHICH I THINK NOT RIGHT SO PLEASE SHARE INFORMATION WITH ME IF ANY ONE HAVE SAME EXPERIENCE BEFORE

It is hard to understand your question.

There is no need to post in CAPITALS - it is hard to read & it appears as if you are shouting.

It is unclear what you have that is valid until November 2017.
if you have a RC valid until 2017 you can re-enter UK on that basis.

If you have nothing to indicate your status then a FP would be advisable to help assure re-entry.

That letter your received is a standard letter, that everyone receives when receiving passports back. It is sent in case people need some sort of entry clearance when returning to the UK.

However: I agree that your post is not clear. One has to imagine where the punctuation is, which believe it or not, is very important. One could interpret either that you received your passports today, or that you received your visa today.

Do elaborate on what kind of visa you have valid until 2017? From your post, it would seem like you already have a EEA family member visa, so I´m not not sure why you are applying so soon to renew it? Anyway, if it is indeed a UK EEA family member visa, then you should have no problem returning to the UK and you can disregard the letter.

HI TO ALL
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THAT HOW LONG I COULD STAY SIDE THE UK WHILE I AM ON RETAINED OF RIGHT STATUS AND MY PERMANENT RESIDENT IS DUE ON 24TH MARCH 2017
I ALREADY STAY OUT SIDE THE 89 DAYS LAST YEAR FROM 22 FEB 2016 TO 25 APRIL 2016 AND THEN 29TH DECEMBER 2016 TO 22 JANUARY 2017 AND PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT 12 MONTHS PERIODS HOW TO CALCULATE

i have retained of right status and my PR is due on 24th march 2017
i want to know on this status how many days i could stay outside the UK which does not effect my PR application in future
please help who have the knowledge
