Is there anyone that applied for EEA PR with his/her eea spouse at the same time in october last year and have hear anything back from HO ? Please share your timeline because it seems HO are closed this day or maybe people just decided to keep quiet.

I applied as well on 1st of october , did my biometric , received COA , but didnt get my visa yet , nothing but waiting cos it takes between 5 monthes and 5 monthes 2 weeks .
If you get any good news let me know guys , patience killing

Yes the wating is killing and i have been counting days like crazy and the worst thing is to be waiting for postman to showup everyday. hahaha HO is making people going GAGA.

Hi , applied on 20 October, completed biometrics and received COA soon afterwards, my prediction is beginning of April , maximum middle

Dont think so , ive applied 3 weeks befor you and still waiting , thats killing mate ..

I think october pr will be coming in in march finger cross because this processing time is ridiculous. Did anyone apply with his/her eea family member at the same time????

So yours should be ready by end of March , I applied with eea spouse as main applicant.

The postoffice came today , and ma heart beat started to increase but was shipping delivery not HO reply yet , so i beleive october people will get reply by March hopefully .....

@Samoly I think we are the next on the HO lists... Haha that waiting is crazy. Let be honest, I cant wait to see the end of this processing either good or bad.

@Ally after all this patience hopefully .not bad result, but i think they re rock and roll , couple of friends got residence card 2 days ago, which means they re working on it

@Samoly when did your friend applied for their residence permit ?

One of them 4 monthes ago and the other have been to the court and was waiting for tribunal decision , but both were waiting for 5 years visa not PR .

No news from my end. Postman even refused to bring the special package... waiting killing

Applied on the 13th, received on the 14th of Oct wit my eea partner on same form

By logic u should receive yours couple of weeks after me , cos i applied 1st , unless u r so lucky and get it befor me hhhhhh

Hopefully, haha let wait and see... The problem is the waiting... 6months is too much and I don't know why they differentiating non eu nd eu national to be honest. What is meaning of same right to HO????

I just feel super angry that I didn't apply together with my husband. I've only found out we could do that after I sent my application

Have any of you sent pre-paid envelop? How will this be posted back, as I haven't sent it? Thanks

@mihbos You dont need to include prepaid envelope when applying for pr. HO will send it back through second class mail delivery . everyone on this thread applied in October and we're still waiting. I applied with my eea partner on same form and still waiting.

09/10/2015 - Application sent through immigration solicitors.
12/10/2015 - Homeoffice received application.
26/10/2015 - Biometrics received and submited.
15/11/2015 - COA received.

Still Waiting. Hoping to hear Soon.....

Thanks ally007 I really thought process would be way faster if you apply with your partner... but obviously not
