The official UK website for online visa applications is just for applicants not in the United Kingdom. What if we´re both in UK? I´m a EEA QP and my wife is already in UK. How can she apply for the family permit already being in London?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

An EEA Family Permit is for entry clearance and usually applied for from abroad.

She should apply for a residence card.
