Hello there,

I hope i can get a little advise,

i am a non eea national, i am in uk and have been here since december 2015. my visa as visitor expires on june (6 months), Like my girlfriend is pregnant, she doesn´t have a qualified person status, she arrived on november, looked for a job and could no get, so she registered to JSA.

Anyways, my visa expires on june, we want to go to poland, get marry and come back to uk.

Does it make any sense? Will I be entitled to work in the uk ??? I m kind of lost....

Thanks a lot!

Sounds great.

Once you return to UK (assuming FP, if required, is granted) you will have a 3 months grace period.

By then, if not before, your spouse/sponsor will have to become a qualified person again, exercising treaty rights.

You can apply for a RC if you wish & that will confirm (not grant) your right to reside, work &/or study here.
