Hello every one
i have applied as a family member of an EEA resident (my elder brother).
my application have been rejected because i did not prove enough my dependency on him.
we provided bank statements, his pay slips, job contract.
I need to re apply because they have given me a chance to do so with a deadline of one week.
i live with him and his family. we do family shopping, and he gives me cash for my needs, no bank transfer so far.
what document should my cousin provide to show that i depend financially on him?
an affidavit of support? a letter confirming he will do bank transfer from now on ?
please i need help and information about this because i don't know what i will give them this time to be enough as proof of financial dependency since they have given me limited time to re apply.
Thank you in advance

Were you financially dependent on him before you arrived in the UK? If so, have you proof of this?

- and/or a member of his household (with him as head of household) in another country?
If the support is by cash in hand then it seems you haven't proved it yet.
Showing cousin/brother's bank statements simply shows that they have money
not that they support you.
You have to prove you have been supported, not that they promise to support you in future.
And if you're not clear who's supporting you that will count against the application too.

You really need to get up to speed on these matters before firing off applications to HO.
Start here to get into the head of the caseworker who will weigh up and assess your case:
