WRS-related question

Hi. I need an advice. I'm applying for a document certifying permanent residence.EEA(PR) My problem is the application form which is still version 03/2016. I couldn't find a new version of it. There is a page 51 B. Accession state workers . It says: complete this subsection if you are a national of one of the countries listed below. (Slovakia) You must show that you were registered to do the work in question ,(WRS) unless you were exempt from that requirement. If you were not exempt, you must have worked for an uninterrupted period of 12 months in accordance with a relevant registration document to become exempt. (WRS card or certificate)
Do I have to fill in this section if the The Worker Registration Scheme, which allowed nationals of the 8 countries which joined the EU in 2004 to work in the UK, is no longer in place as of April 2011? Or do I have to wait for a new updated application form?
