Hi

I am filling EEA FM form for wife and daughter and for me EEA QP FORM.
Please some help me,
- do I have to fill separate EEA FM form for my daughter or I can add to my daughter on my wife EEA FM form under section-6 - Descendant (child or grandchild) aged under 21

- can I apply same time EEA QP same time with my wife.

Yes, add daughter to mother's application.

Yes, all apply at same time if sponsor has acquired PR (and dependents have been resident in UK at same time and all are sponsored by that EEA national).

I am confused about EEA (QP) and EEA (FM).

I am spainish national working last nine months in the uk ( arrived in the uk 08/2015).Can I apply certificate of registration EEA QP with my wife and daughter EEA FM form five year residence card ( wife and daughter arrived 01/05/2016 in uk as family permit).

- also I am eligible or not for EEA FM as worker Europe national.

- is that compulsory for eu national to apply registration certificate EEA QP.

EEA person applies for EEA QP - it is optional.

EEA person does not apply for EFM FM.

EFM FM is for family members - again it is optional, but useful.

For wife and daughter EEA FM form and for me EEA QP as joint application.

As long as you have the supporting evidence it all sounds in order.
Those are the correct forms for each person.
