I would like to know if the non-EU spouse of EU citizen could get PR if the EU citizen was self-sufficient on the basis of non-EU citizen working/providing for the EU citizen??

So, if only the non EU citizen was working and both the EU and non EU had CSI, they should be able to get PR?

Following this thread as well as I am under this category. The EEA citizen is self-sufficient and non-EEA is working to support the family with CSI in place.
