Hi Guys,

Do you think is it hard to get a EEA FM as Student for a Wife of German Citizen doing his master degree here in UK not claiming benefits instead getting bursary from Germany to maintain himself and her wife here?

£1000 bursary every month is enough to HO approve his Non-Eu Wife Visa?

Which amount is the less likely to HO approves the visa? as there is no minimum under EU law.

He is going to pay for a private health insurance for him and his wife.

Thanks in advance.

Go for it!

Congratulations on having the foresight to put CSI in place. That catches many members unawares.

You can dig into these vital questions in HO guidance here - this is what caseworker will probably use to weigh & assess your case:

It's interesting to note that a non-scientific survey of forum shows its mainly German nationals that ask these excellent, probing questions.
There maybe a dissertation in there somewhere
