Extended family member RC application refused

Hello,
I applied for a residence card under the extended family of EEA nationals visa but was refused with a right to appeal in December, 2015. The reason for the refusal was based on the ECO's assumption that he is not satisfied I reside with my EEA national at same address and that I am dependent on him/them.

My blood sister is married to an Italian with 3 kids all born in Italy and reside in UK with the family including my sister since 2015, February. We all reside at same address and have been together in same address since their move into the UK. Prior to their moving to the UK, my brother inlaw and my sister were fully supporting me financially and in other vital areas which made life comfortable for me. Though I do not have my own bank account as the laws in UK don't allow me to have one, my sister and husband were remitting me through a local door-to-door registered operator who also runs money transfers and monies were sent to me through this operator who handed cash in hand to me until they moved to UK.

I have joint utility bills in both my name and my brother inlaw and these were submitted together with my passport and other evidential documents to the Home Office.

What I want to know is, how long does it take for an appeal case to be heard?
What are my chances of being successful during the hearing?
Any other advice?

Nationality of my brother inlaw - Italian (Ghanian born)
Nationality of sister - Ghanaian (now on permanent residence card status but lived in Italy with husband and kids and has Italian indefinite status)
I am unmarried with no kids and has been living in the UK since 2006.

Many thanks for your platform and time.
Stephen.

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).

Noone can judge your chances at hearing we have not seen the evidence nor heard other side of the case.
Do you have representation?
If so how do they rate chances?

Why did HO think you live elsewhere?
What other evidence of living in same household with sponsor as head of household did you submit?
What further evidence can you provide?

Are you registered for tax, council tax, medical services (doctor, dentist, optician), local church/mosque/temple/library, driver's license, electoral roll & etc?

@sss549, post in public - its a public forum.

There are many others who are refused EFM RC - all may benefit by pooling experience.
