Hello
I'm non EU with permanent residence recived in January 2016. I married EU citizen in November 2009, divorced March 2014, then retained my visa ,with the help of immigration tribunal, applied and recived PR.
Question
When the earliest can I apply for naturalisation, as in theory from November 2014 I was intitle for PR, if follow that logic from November 2015 I can apply for naturalisation or not?

Would be really appreciated for your advise.
Thanks

It also depends when HO think (& may have recorded in their CID databank) that you acquired PR.
So it may not be as logical or common sense as you first thought.

You may be able to find that out by requesting a SAR from UKVI.

Or else NCS have a hotline to HO and can check for you if you apply to naturalise via NCS.
Ofcourse you will lose your NCS fee if you miscalculate and apply too early.

Suggest try the SAR option in first place.

Hi Qwerty121
If you don't mind could you clarify the reason for your refusal and how you won your appeal? I'm in a similar situation and might have to go through the same process.
Thanks
