Hi guys.
I am a Pakistani national and living in UK for last 7 years. I am married to a EU national for last 4 years and hold EU FAMILY Resident card for 5 years.
But from last year things were going quite complicated between us then we finally decided to separate.

Now my question is this , My PR is due in 2017 and i want to know how it would affect my case.
Can i still apply on EEA4 form for my PR. Or is an other way i have to take.

If you are still married you may apply for confirmation of PR in the usual way;
that is assuming your spouse/sponsor remains in the country and is still exercising treaty rights (and has been doing so continuously for getting on for 5 years).

It is not necessary to be co-habiting even as a married couple.

If you divorce before your time is served then you could apply to retain rights with a ROR application.

Either way, if estranged suggest starting collating your vital supporting documentation now.

Is spouse an A8 national?
Has spouse been working/self-employed since you married?
Has spouse been a student in UK (since you married)?

Has either party enjoyed any prolonged absences from UK since you married?
Any other gaps in the timeline since marriage?
