Dear all,

Hope you are well .

I have few things to seek advise or information on please .

I am due for my EEA PR card in the date mentioned in the subject.

When is the earliest I can send my application it through to Home office ?

Moreover due to my previous immigration history they have asked Biometric information if I had any.

I did have it was under TIER 4 but unfortunatly I have forgotten the Biometric residence card number and the
dates etc actually all the information related to my biometric card issued on TIER 4 category.

I do have case refference number of that refusal from home office which was under tier 4 .

Will that affect my PR application under EEA route application ?

As some of the caseworkers are too complicated with their consideration of cases.

Please advise ?

Why do you think you will acquire PR on that specific date?
Are you an EEA national exercising treaty rights or a non-EEA national being sponsored by an EEA qualified person?

UK immigration history does not, in general, impact EU migration route decisions.

On what date did you get married to your EU sponsor and start living together in the UK?

What date did you apply for your residence card?

Residence card was received on 31st august 2011

I have been living with EU sponsor for around 6 years we both are in full time employment ever since.

got married in may 2010.

Could any one still reply when is the earliest I can apply for EEA PR residence card .do I have to wait for 31st august 2016 or I can apply before date ?

Moreover in the new EEA form for PR they have asked the previous biometric history which i have been through tier 4 when i was on a student visa I have send that biometric card back to UKBA and have not got its details etc please let me know if it will affect my application status ?

With thanks and regards,

Fahad

Ignore the date of the RC, its not a 'visa'.

Earliest would be 5th wedding anniversary.
That is assuming the EEA sponsor/spouse has been exercising treaty rights continuously since then.
And assuming neither party has enjoyed any prolonged absences from UK since then.

Looks like you may have acquired PR sometime in May last year (assuming you were in UK with sponsor at that time)..

My understanding is the questions refer to previous EU-related biometrics not UK-related biometrics.
If you think it relates to T4 card then explain its in HO and give any details you can remember.

Pro tip: its always a good idea to keep scans/copies of any forms, letters and documents/BRP/id cards (etc) that5 you submit to HO.
