EEA Doc. Certifying Permanent Residence & Brexit

Hello
Please clarify my mind.
I received my PR (EEA) beginning of this year. Could anyone please tell me how the Brexit, UK leaving EU within 2 years could affect people who already obtained PR.
Could they after 2 years announce that all PR are invalid because it has been obtained through EU law or they simply would stop issuing them and those who received them before certain date are safe. I am sure when UK leaves EU within 2 years, they won't issue PR anymore as its EU law.
Is it equivalent to ILR ? or less strong.
