EEA national residence card documents

Hello,

I have a few questions.

1) I know that I can use my EEA national card as a proof of identity, in fact I will send that instead of my passport which I will need for traveling, but I though to give also my passport info, number, date, etc... because I travelled using both during these 5 years. Would it be ok?

2) For proving my years working here, I want to give my current and previous employers' letters, bank statements to prove pays I have received and my P60s. Are these documents enough or are payslips needed too? They are really a lot and I would not lose them.

3) Do I have to supply documents to confirm the dates when I was away from the UK?

Thanks,

Connie

1) Sounds great.

2) Sample of payslips will help too.

3) If you can.

So you think a few payslips for each job would be ok? Like three for each job?

About the holidays, would emails confirming the booking of the flights be ok? What if I don't have them for all?

Thanks,

Connie

Or a few payslips per year, every few months.

Yes, emails if that's what you have. You can only submit what you have.

Hi, are payslips really needed? I thought P60s should be enough?

Also, do we send originals and if yes, do they return these originals?

Thanks.

Send as much as you can.
HO plays hardball and doesn't give benefit of doubt.
Why give HO the Spam of 'wriggle room'.

Yes, send originals the guidance is very clear on that.
Copies will lead to refusal.
Yes, afaik you get them back in the end.

Obviously you will keep scans/copies of everything you send to HO (as you should have been doing ever since).
Keep all such copies for ever - for future reference and in case of dispute with HO in case of refusal,
