Applying for EEA PR after WRS ceased

Hi there,

I arrived to the UK in Jan 2008.
I started working in Feb 2008 at my first company as a temp through an agent.
I applied for the Worker Registration Certificate as soon as I started working.
After a month in March 2008 I started working at my 2nd job and I am still working there.
Sometime when I started working at my 2nd job I received the WRS with my 1st company's details.
When I changed jobs the HR did not require the WRS certificate, so I left it and never changed the details on it. Because of this I could not apply for a Biritsh passport for my son in Aug 2014.

However from May 2011 you no longer require to have a WRS.

My question is, if I now apply for a permanent residency card, should I still send my WRS and explain why I did not register once I swapped job. Or what would be the best way to avoid this topic. According to the law they should no longer take my WRS into account as the 5 year has passed since its been required and I am still living here. Working for the same company...I have all my P60s and pay slips...

I hope it all makes sense - please can you give me some advise so I can fill out the form to the best of my knowledge and avoid any dealy in receiving the card. I hope I still stand a chance to receive it though...

Many thanks for you input in advance!
