scheghen visa require for eea residence card holder ?

hello friends
i have eea residence card from UK and i want to travel to Norway. my wife already traveled . can i alone travel to Norway with out visa.?

hi mate,

if you are travelling to Norway without your EU partner, you will require a Schengen visa unless your nationality exempt from visa requirement .

Unless your wife is Norwegian, you should be able to travel to join her without a visa - the residence card is your visa. If you wife is Norwegian, the question depends on to the extent to which the law is applied. It will be best if your wife is waiting for you at your port of arrival.
