HI.my mother in law has EEA family permit for 5 years.can she move to uk and change this permit with uk,s?
A more descriptive subject line would help.
I presume your mother has an EU Residence Card that is valid for five years, not a Family permit that is valid for six months.
Which country's Residence Card does she have currently? Is the EEA family member who sponsored her moving with her to the UK?
Are you or your spouse a non-British EEA citizen?
