Hello guys I really need advice
I sent my application 29/04/16
Recived 03 /05/16
Payment 06/05/16
Long wait and many emails to the biometric office and after 2 months they sent me a letter the 04/07/16 that 2 pictures were missing. do they take the money if that was real?
I sent the pictures twice to them 05/07/16 and 11/07/16 and till now nothing even I sent other email please people advice me I really feel that im discriminate.

I fail to see how this amounts to discrimination, it's probably just down to slow caseworkers. 11/07 was only 2 days ago, just be patient. Processing times have increased a lot due to the Brexit vote, maybe follow the timeline threads.

Its not likely to be discrimination (that would be illegal).
Its probably an unjoined up, 'left-hand doesn't know what right-hand is doing'-type of Heath Robinson meets Frankenstein's monster kind of Kafkaesque bureaucracy.

The agency taking payment is quite likely to be completely separate from the agency that ships the bundle around and from the agency that opens and checks the bundle contents;
all different units from the photo processing section and the biometrics division and likely to be nothing to do with the caseworker.
And that's not to mention the card production unit, the packaging and despatch units & etc etc.

Yes, it is normal. Yours is not the only application they are dealing with, there are hundreds if not thousands HO are dealing with, just in this one department.
