EEA PR with family member

Hi. I am from Spain. I have completed five years living and working in the UK and will apply for my PR at the end of this month. My husband a "non eea family member" holds a residency card and will complete 5 years in UK in March 2017. My question is, Can I or Should I add him in my application or He should wait to complete five years and apply himself on his own. Thank you
