We Have been refused EEA4(PR) and are about to appeal using the IAFT5 form

Does any of you know how long will it take for the appeal to be dealt with? if it is more than 6 months we might be better off going down the route of filing a new application

You can make new application and possible pUT in an appeal just incase a new application is refused, you would not have to start all over again.
