4 months on; no biometrics no PR

Hi guys,

We applied for mine and spouse's PR 4 months ago. We have not received CoA, biometric or any acknoledgement from the HO. Although they have made a withdrawal for payment of applications.

Any ideas on how to contact relevant department and advice on what we can do?

There may be a bit of a rush on with all this wild talk of Brexit and one thing and another.

Do HO have an up to date and correct address (for you)?
Is all other mail arriving safely?

Under what circumstances you applied for EEA PRs?

This is scary, really. I am in the same situation ( 6 weeks already) but my partner ( EU national) did receive acknowledgment email from HO with reference number . I haven't, though.

I have sent an email last month requesting CoA ( my job is on the line !) but I am afraid it's a automatic response email. Give it a try:

nweurocoarequestsng@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Hope you sort it out

Ps.
If you have any news please share with us .

They're probably just busy and possibly under-staffed too.
As well as being school holiday time, there may be a bit of a rush on with all this wild talk of Brexit and one thing and another.
