HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I applied for a residence card for my daughter on the 13th of July and soon after realised that the process will take far longer than i could wait. I am meant to be taking them all to Greece for a week today for their summer holiday.

I requested documents to be returned a few days later maybe the 15th and i am still waiting. I have called, emailed, sent posted letters and i am now desperate. i have changed the dates to the 10th and now i am desperate to find a solution as today was meant to be the official day i sent to them for travel. i found an email on this site today and i have emailed them too. I sent a registered post on Monday to Liverpool,

Any one have any ideas

Which nationality are you all? Does she have a EU national ID card? Most EU countries have their own ID cards that can be used to travel within the EU without a passport.

Otherwise, can your embassy/consulate produce a temporary travel document? Some do but may only issue them for an emergency, not a holiday.

I'm Irish but she is Nigerian, the rest of the group going are either Irish or British. To date no reply from them and my passport is still with them. I have 4 other kids going with me.
