EEA family permit - proof of dependency

Hi guys,

I'm a little confused. I have the Dutch nationality. My husband has a residence card. We are applying for the EEA FP. In the FAQ is says you only need:
- proof of relationship
- passports
- A declaration by the EEA national that the non EEA national would be travelling together or joining him

But on the website is says you also need proof of your dependency if you’re dependent on your EEA family member (https://www.gov.uk/family-permit/docume ... st-provide).

Can someone please tell me if proof of dependency is needed? I have read several topics but I can't find a definitive answer.

Thank you!!

Which country's Residence Card does your husband have? Is it an Article 10 Residence Card or one issued under local law?

If the applicant is your Husband, then it suffice that you are married, and you have a Marriage Certificate , attesting to a lawful marriage.

No evidence of Physical or financial dependency is required.
