PR Form Section 16- Benefits

Hi

I'm currently on Contributions based JSA while I am looking for work- currently have been offered a position but until that's been confirmed I'm on JSA.

I've come to section 16 but there is no option to tick Contributions base JSA- only Income based JSA. As Income based JSA doesn't apply do I leave the section blank and include a cover letter to say that I am on Contributions based JSA?

Also, do I mention in a cover letter that I am Job seeking ( will provide all the evidence) AND the job offer letter ? Or do I just send the job offer letter?

I don't want there to be any gaps since I finished my last job 2.5 weeks ago ( had to finish as I have a small child and the cost of childcare has made it not worth going back full time so I am hoping to be working part time with this new job)

Obviously once my new job has been confirmed I will let DWP know so they can stop my JSA !

Thanks
